Reserving Tickets & Forum Registration Reserving your tickets is easy! 1. Check out the timetable to decide which sessions you'd like to attend. 2. Call Q Music on (07) 3257 0013 to register your interest and secure your place at Big Sound 2002 Conference Prices
Q Music members, Triple Z Subscribers, Students / Unemployed are entitled to the Concession rate. These concessions must be verified with appropriate cards, student numbers etc. Paying for your tickets Option 1: PrePaid Tickets / PrePaid Season Passes When you call and register, you can make an immediate payment over the phone with your credit card. We accept VISA and Mastercard. Option 2: Reserved Tickets / Reserved Season Passes If you don't have a credit card when you call, we'll reserve your tickets for you to pay within five days. If you are unable to collect your tickets within this timeframe please let us know. Uncollected tickets will be made available for sale. Collecting Tickets & Forum Registration To ensure your place at Big Sound we recommend that you reserve and collect your tickets well in advance. Tickets that have been paid or reserved by phone can be collected from the Q Music office at 301 Brunswick Street, Fortitude Valley no later than 5pm Tuesday 9 July 2002. If you are unable to collect your tickets from our office, let us know. You will need to arrive at the Big Sound forum well in advance to collect your tickets and secure you place. PRE PAID TICKETS: Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled forum time to ensure your place and collect your tickets if necessary. PrePaid Season ticket holders can collect tickets no later than 30 minutes prior to the commencement of the first forum (Wednesday 11th July 5.40pm) or alternatively can collect tickets from Q Music Headquarters at 301 Brunswick Street, Fortitude Valley no later than 5 pm Tuesday 9 July 2002. Receipts can then be collected from Q Music headquarters or at the door. PrePaid ticket holders can collect tickets at the door no later than 30 minutes prior to commencement of forums, or alternatively can arrange to collect tickets from Q Music Headquarters at 301 Brunswick Street, Fortitude Valley no later than 5pm Tuesday 9 July 2002. Receipts can then be collected from Q Music headquarters or at the door. RESERVED TICKETS Please arrive 45 minutes before the scheduled forum time to ensure your place and collect your tickets. Reserved tickets / season passes (Tickets reserved by phone but not yet paid) will be held no later than 30 minutes before the commencement of the forum. Reserved tickets MUST be paid for prior to the commencement of the forum. If you do not pay for reserved tickets by this time, they will be made available to unreserved members of the public. Alternatively you can arrange to collect tickets from Q Music Headquarters at 301 Brunswick Street, Fortitude Valley no later than 5pm Tuesday 9 July 2002. Receipts will be given upon payment of tickets, either at Q Music headquarters or at the door. UNRESERVED TICKETS Any remaining unreserved tickets will be made available to members of the public at the door 40 minutes prior to the commencement of the forum. Please let us know if you require a tax invoice when you book your tickets. |
