BIG SOUND 2008 ARTIST SHOWCASE APPLICATIONS NOW OPEN
Q Music is happy to announce that BIG SOUND 2008 Artist Showcase applications are now open until 16th July 2008.
The music industry from Queensland, Australia and overseas converge in Australia’s only live music precinct Fortitude Valley, Brisbane, for Q Music’s BIG SOUND music industry summit and artist showcase 10 -12 September 2008.
Export ready acts are encouraged to apply in all genres of music.

Q SONG AWARDS FINALISTS WILL BE ANNOUNCED JUNE 30
It’s been a hectic month for the Q Song judges who have faced an enormous task going through the 1400 entries. The finalists for Q Song 2008 will be announced in a special Broadcast on June 30th. In the meantime, tickets for the 3rd annual Q Song Awards being held at The Tivoli, August 12, 2008 go on sale on July 1. Tickets are $15 for Q Music members and $25 for non-members and will be available from www.qsong.com.au. All winners will be announced at the Gala event.
