MAP Terms of Use
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY. BY CLICKING THE LINK AT THE BOTTOM OF THE MAPS REGISTRATION FORM YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF USE AND A LEGALLY ENFORCEABLE AGREEMENT WILL EXIST BETWEEN YOU AND Q MUSIC. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE, PLEASE DO NOT PROCEED PAST THE MAPS REGISTRATION FORM.

These are the terms and conditions which form the Agreement (“Terms of Use”) between you and Queensland Music Network (IA 13637) of 3 Winn Street, Fortitude Valley in the State of Queensland (“Q Music”), for your:-
A. access to and involvement in the Music Action Plan Service operated by Q Music (“MAP Service”), which provides career support to people hoping to develop and manage a career in the music industry; and
B. access to and use of the online Q Music MAP Registration and Data Forms (“MAP Forms”) which enables you to participate in the MAP Service.

You agree that your access to and use of the MAP Forms and participation in the MAP Service is subject to these Terms of Use, the Q Music Privacy Statement and any other terms contained on the Q Music website MAP pages (“MAP Web Pages”) or of which you are advised by Q Music in writing from time to time.
You acknowledge that you will need to specify to Q Music a unique username (“Username”) and that Q Music will issue you with a unique password (“Password”).
You acknowledge that access to the MAP Forms will only be provided upon your provision of your Username and Password.

1 What you must do
1.1 You agree to access only your own personal information on the MAP Web Pages.
1.2 You agree to provide accurate personal details to Q Music, initially by using the MAP Forms and later, if your details change, by using the MAP Web Pages.
1.3 If you are under 18 years of age, you agree to obtain a parent or guardian's consent prior to completing the MAP Forms or using the MAP Service.
1.4 You acknowledge that the Password is issued to you solely for the purposes of your accessing the MAP Service, including through use of the MAP Web Pages, and other services of Q Music which you may be notified of from time to time.
1.5 You agree that Q Music is entitled to rely on your Username and Password as conclusive evidence of your identity and authority, without further investigation.

2 What you must not do
2.1 You must not:
(a) make any fraudulent enquiries, bookings, reservations or requests using the MAP Service or the MAP Forms;
(b) use the name, username, email address or password of another without their express written permission;
(c) tamper with or hinder the operation of the MAP Web Pages or the MAP Service;
(d) knowingly transmit any virus or other disabling feature to the MAP Web Pages; or
(e) attempt to do any of the above or permit another person to do any of the above.

3 Security
3.1 You agree that Q Music may require you to re-enter your Username and Password from time to time including, but not limited to, after a period of inactivity on the connection between your browser and the MAP Forms. You agree that Q Music is not responsible for any information you may lose if the server terminates your browser session due to periods of inactivity.
