How to reserve tickets Reserving your tickets is easy!

1. Check the timetable and decide which sessions you’d like to attend.

2. Call Q Music on (07) 3257 0013 to reserve and pay for your tickets.

Paying for and collecting your tickets

1. Credit Card Payment Pay by phone with your credit card when you call and make a booking. We accept VISA and MasterCard. Tickets can then be collected from the Q Music Office at 301 Brunswick Street, Fortitude Valley until 4pm Tuesday 22 July. Alternatively, you can collect your reserved tickets from the Big Sound box office during the conference. Please arrive at least half an hour before the start of the forum to collect your tickets.

2. Alternative Payments If you are unable to pay by credit card Q Music will reserve your tickets until 4 pm Tuesday 22 July. Tickets can be paid for and collected at the Q Music’s office at 301 Brunswick Street, Fortitude Valley between 10am – 4pm Monday to Friday. Payment for your tickets can be made by cash, cheque or EFTPOS.

3. Free Event Tickets To avoid disappointment, make sure you RSVP for these events by calling Q Music on (07) 3257 0013 no later than 4pm Tuesday 22 July. The Fine Print: To ensure your place at Big Sound we recommend you reserve and pay for tickets well in advance. Tickets that have been paid for or reserved can be collected from the Q Music office at 301 Brunswick Street, Fortitude Valley no later than 4pm Tuesday 22 July 2003. Tickets that have been reserved but remain unpaid will be made available for sale as of 4pm Tuesday 22 July 2003. If you are unable to collect reserved tickets from our office please let us know. You will need to arrive at Big Sound well in advance to collect your tickets and secure your place.
