AWME Callout for Conference Proposals
The Australasian World Music Expo (AWME) is currently accepting proposals from industry associates who would like to suggest and potentially present relevant topics and speakers for consideration in the 2012 Conference Program.
Duration: 45 min - 1 hour
Speakers: 1-4 maximum
Topic: Music Industry / Culture related
Submission Deadline: Monday 16 July 2012

Keep in mind:
- Topics should be interesting, relevant and related to music and/or culture
- Delegates attending AWME are interested in experiences and practical information they can use
- We receive many proposals, so ensure yours is well presented, articulate and original
- Successful proposals may be modified to fit within the 2012 Conference Program
- To get a better idea of past conference sessions and the subjects previously presented, please refer to earlier years here.
FILM PROPOSALS
AWME are also inviting submissions or suggestions of high quality, interesting and innovative material for the 2012 Film Program.
Introduction to audience: up to 5 minutes
Actual screening time: 5-25 minutes
Q & A: up to 20 minutes
Subject material: Music/Culture related
