QLD Artists Invited to Perform at The Great Escape

Queensland artists are invited to submit their Expression Of Interest for a showcasing opportunity at The Great Escape, an international music industry event which will be held in Brighton (UK) from 16 to 18 May 2013. Artists can submit for The Great Escape 2013 through QMusic’s website only.

Since being founded in 2006, The Great Escape has been established internationally as a leading event for showcasing new music. Taking place in Brighton over 3 days in May, The Great Escape kick starts the UK festival season, introducing 16,000 music lovers to the key artists and sounds of the year. With over 300 bands playing in 30 venues over 3 days, The Great Escape is a key date in the music calendar. For more info about The Great Escape visit: www.escapegreat.com

Due the nature of this project, focus on the United Kingdom and Europe marketplaces and audience demographic, only music from the following genres will be considered: Rock, Pop, Alternative, Dance/Electronic and Singer/Songwriter.

Artists will need to fulfill certain selection criteria and be able to financially commit to take up the opportunity if selected.

Artists can submit for The Great Escape 2013 through QMusic event submission on QMusic’s Website ONLY.
