Keytone pays Independent Musicians for your work!
Brisbane Independent Artist community www.keytone.com announced today they are now offering site credit for people who help by doing them a favour!
Keytone.com uses an online currency (called Keys) for downloading music, video, photography and other content. Now, as well as using your credit card to buy Keys, members can EARN them free by doing work for the Keytone Community – for example, Keytone will credit your account with 1 Key for every friend you invite that joins the site. These Keys can’t be redeemed for cash, but can be used to legally download heaps of great Independent content (including music, video and photography) and Keytone will pay the artists real money for your Keys. For those Indie musicians, film-makers and photographers out there, you can use www.keytone.com to sell your work to fans and Keytone will pay you a massive 85% of everything you sell every month.
“We’re really trying to become the first Independent site that pays royalties to artists for not only downloads, but listens or plays as well,” Says Keytone Director Trevor Topfer, “This is the first step toward this goal. We’ve also launched advertising and will be using site generated advertising revenue to pay royalties to all artists on the site….it’s getting close now!”
