Deadly Awards Nominations Now Open
Nominations are now open for the 2013 Deadlys and organisers are already planning a star studded night of entertainment and excellence on 10 September at the Sydney Opera House. The National Indigenous Music, Sport, Arts and Community Awards (aka the Deadlys) are in their 19th year and are Australia’s largest event on the national calendar, showcasing the achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people across the nation.

2013 Grant McLennan Fellowship Applications Now Open
Arts Minister Ian Walker has urged Queensland musicians and songwriters to apply for the annual $25,000 Grant McLennan Memorial Fellowship that honours the musical legacy of Grant McLennan. Applications are open now and close on 28 June 2013 with winners to be announced in September.
