Triple J Unearthed High & NIMA Comp

Triple J’s Unearthed High is on again, with the 2016 competition featuring a new initiative for Indigenous entries that will see the winner receive management mentoring and a songwriting workshop. Unearthed is also running its NIMA competition again, giving one Indigenous artist a chance to perform at the NIMA awards.

LAST CHANCE - 'Echoes' CD Submissions

BEMAC is calling for submissions from Queensland multicultural and world music artists to be a part of their third annual CD compilation ECHOES. This year the CD will be launched at BIGSOUND, which will also feature a showcase of the best multicultural artists Queensland has to offer. The CD will be used to promote artists across radio and media and at music industry conferences such as BIGSOUND and the Australasian World Music Expo (AWME) in November. Applications close Sunday July 3.
