QMusic is pleased to announce the top four finalists of the 2017 Grant McLennan Fellowship: Harriette Pilbeam (Hatchie), Jeremy Neale, Sabrina Lawrie and Tom Cooney. Congratulations to the Queensland-based songwriters who are now one step closer to receiving a $25,000 fellowship to travel to New York, London or Berlin. The 2017 winner will be announced at a ceremony to be held at The Triffid in Brisbane on December 1. The event is open to the public and will feature special performances from the four finalists.
Brisbane’s community radio station 4ZZZ have launched the Building Blitz fundraiser to raise $15,000 for maintenance and repairs to their station HQ on Barry Parade in Fortitude Valley.
