Social Media 101

Following sold-out workshops on the Gold Coast, The Power-Up Series is back with a bang in 2017, this time helping creatives fire up their online profiles with a fun, information-packed social media session, Saturday, 25 February.

Tailor-made for creatives, the three-hour workshop is designed to help artists unleash their social media extrovert, with tips and tricks you can implement immediately to see any online profile on its way from mediocre to maestro, without spending a bomb.

“From the how to’s of strategic communication, creative fan engagement, getting the best bang for your social media buck to implementing effective campaigns, this workshop is about helping creatives get their social media game on,” said Samantha Morris, editor of Blank GC and director of Gold Coast Music Awards.

Presented with media and marketing expert, Kylie Cobb of Kitty Kitty Bang Bang, the workshop will give insights from “both sides of the music media coin”.
