Artists and bands who have released new music from 30 November 2019 to 1 December 2020 are eligible to enter. Applications close 11:59pm (AEST), Thursday 14 January 2021 for artists to enter their songs in a wide range of self-nominating categories with finalists announced in April 2021.
QMusic CEO Angela Samut said, “We are thrilled to be opening entries for the QMAs and to end this year on a high note.
“The past 12 months have been extremely tough on our industry, however there has been such inspiring and groundbreaking music released in 2020 along with creative and unique music videos that we expect the 2021 Awards to be competitive and a night of celebration.”
