Funding Support

QMusic acknowledges the assistance of the Queensland Government through Arts Queensland and the Australian Government through the Australia Council for the Arts, its arts funding and advisory body. We would also like to thank the Australasian Performing Right Association (APRA) for their support.

Arts Queensland: Arts Queensland is the State Government's major funding, advisory and advocacy body for arts and cultural development in Queensland. Its mission is to build and enrich Queensland's arts and cultural life. Arts Queensland funds QMusic for its core operations and has done so since 1994.

Australia Council for the Arts: The Australia Council is the Commonwealth Government's principal arts funding and advisory body. It aims to enrich the life of the nation by supporting and promoting the arts. The Australia Council began funding QMusic in 2000.

APRA AMCOS: APRA AMCOS (the Australasian Performing Right Association) is the copyright collection society that is an association of composers, authors and publishers of music in Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific: having affiliations with similarly constituted organisations throughout the world. APRA also provides funding to enable QMusic to continue its core activities.
