Join QMusic and Screen Queensland as we chat with the finalists of the inaugural Music For Screen Award in the Queensland Music Awards as well as local Music for Games businesses.
Tuesday 21 May 5.30pm for a 6pm start.

In 2024, QMusic, supported by Screen Queensland, delivered the first annual Music For Screen Award as part of the Queensland Music Awards.

The award saw a large number of applicants with the following chosen as finalists:
Aubrielle - Cinema, too theme
Tristan Barton - The Grey Line
Joff Bush - Cricket (Bluey)

Join us as we have an informal chat with Aubrielle and Tristan Barton as well as Queensland screen composers Ack Kinmonth, Dan Sugars and Jazz D'Arcy who work across film, television, games and beyond.

Together they will unpack how they go about creating their award winning / nominated works and delve into the industry behind music for screen including games, TV and film.
