Terms and Conditions 

By entering this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 

1. Promoter 

The Promoter is QMusic - ABN 14 083 014 720 in conjunction with The Music Press Pty Ltd – ABN 65 653 498 429 

2. Eligibility and Conditions of Entry 

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who submit a valid entry by voting via The Music web portal during the Promotion Period. 

Employees of the Promoter, its agencies, contractors, or anyone directly associated with the Promotion, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter. 

Only one entry per person, per email address is permitted. 

3. Promotion Period 

The Promotion opens on 14 January 2026 and closing at 11:59pm on 30 January 2026. All entries must be received during this period to be valid. 

4. Prize Details 

Prize: A VIP experience for two (2) people, including two (2) banquet table tickets to attend the 2026 Queensland Music Awards on 22 April 2026 at the Fortitude Music Hall, Fortitude Valley, Brisbane; access to the pre-dinner networking function, afterparty and associated benefits as determined by the Promoter. 

Prize value: Prize is estimated at $1000, noting this is a money can’t be experience.  

The Prize does not include ancillary or access costs such as travel, accommodation, or any other ancillary costs unless expressly stated.  

The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. 

5. Determination of Winner 

The winner will be selected by the Promoter from all valid entries following the close of the Promotion Period. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.  

6. Notification and Publication 

The winner will be notified via the contact details provided at entry. The Promoter may publish the winner’s first name and state/territory on its website or social media channels.  

7. Unclaimed Prize 

If the winner does not claim the Prize or confirm required details within the timeframe specified in the notification, the Prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate entrant at the Promoter’s discretion. 

8. Cost of Entry 

Entry into the Promotion is free. Internet access costs may apply. 

9. Liability 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any entrant arising from or in connection with the Promotion or the Prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law. 

10. Privacy 

Personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Promotion and awarding the Prize unless explicit contact consent is provided by the entrant, in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy:

11. General 

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions at any time if reasonably required, subject to applicable laws. 

In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any promotional material, these Terms and Conditions prevail.
